Started Mad Honey by Jodi Picoult and Jennifer Finney Boyland last night, but got sidetracked by episodes of One Tree Hill. Because I got myself ahead of where I am in the podcast (currently episode 201), I picked the book back up this afternoon.

I used to be a big Jodi Picoult fan. Think 19 Minutes, My Sister’s Keeper, Sing You Home era books. More recent releases (with the exception of The Storyteller) have not been my jam. I borrowed Mad Honey from the library so I wouldn’t have to risk the cash if it was another one that just was not for me, but so far, I am really liking it. It reminds me of the books she was putting out 15-20 years ago.

Full review to follow once I finish… until then, some random “currently reading” art I created based on the title alone. I’ll do my own version of the book cover with the full review.
